As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll work side by side with the General Manager to keep our operations running smoothly, ensure our guests have memorable experiences, and lead a team that brings energy, professionalism, and fun to every shift.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting daily restaurant operations (front and back of house).
Leading by example and setting the tone for a positive team culture.
Supervising and training staff to uphold service and hospitality standards.
Managing inventory, scheduling, and ensuring proper staffing levels.
Stepping in as a problem solver during high-volume rushes.
Ensuring health and safety protocols are always followed.
Helping drive performance, sales, and guest satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience.
A natural leader who can coach, motivate, and inspire.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Calm under pressure and quick to find solutions.
A hands-on, “roll up your sleeves” attitude.
Passion for hospitality and a genuine love for people.
