Luxury Home Care, operated by Acqualina Cleaning Service LLC, is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented cleaning professional to join our growing team of premium residential cleaners, serving clients throughout the Chicago area.
We serve high-end clients who expect more than a standard clean — think perfectly made beds, folded bathroom tissue, and thoughtful attention to every detail. If you take pride in your work and have a genuine eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous professional house cleaning experience required
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
- Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work
- Trustworthy and comfortable working independently in clients’ homes
- Valid photo ID and ability to pass a background check
Compensation:
We offer a tiered pay structure that grows with your experience:
- Training period: $20/hour (Even experienced cleaners go through this — it’s how we teach our signature Acqualina standard: bed-making technique, folded tissue detail, product placement, and client property protocols specific to our luxury service.)
- After training, working under supervision: $25/hour
- Once fully independent (cleaning solo, fully trusted): $30/hour
