Boardman Molded Products is looking for a motivated SpaceLinks Assistant Supervisor to join our growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone with manufacturing experience who enjoys working alongside their team while helping drive quality, productivity, and safety.

What You'll Do
- Assist in supervising daily operations within the SpaceLinks department.
- Read and interpret production orders, layouts, and drawings.
- Assemble, cut, and finish floor modules to customer specifications.
- Measure and trim materials using hand tools and cutting equipment.
- Perform the annealing process and apply adhesives as required.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Complete production paperwork and route sheets.
- Package and label finished products for shipment.
- Support team members on the production floor to meet daily production goals.
- Promote a safe, organized, and positive work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience.
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
- Comfortable using hand tools and production equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, machinery, noise, dust, and adhesives.
