Job Overview:
Lamson Products is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. This position is responsible for assembling knife components using epoxy adhesives, following specific mixing ratios and application procedures to ensure quality and consistency.
Responsibilities include:
- Mixing epoxy according to established formulas and ratios
- Assembling knife components for curing and production
- Following quality standards and production procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Meeting daily production goals and performance standards
No prior experience is required. We provide hands-on training and all necessary instructions to help you succeed. The ideal candidate is reliable, attentive to detail, able to follow directions, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
