Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service in a lively environment,. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred, along with a strong foundation in food safety and hospitality standards.
Duties
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Provide attentive customer service, addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage cash handling, billing, and cashiering responsibilities efficiently
- Assist with setup and breakdown for events such as banquets or catering functions
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Monitor guest intoxication levels and adhere to responsible beverage service policies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, dining in , environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong skills in time management, sales, and customer service are essential
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is required
- must have strong knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits
- Ability to work efficiently during night shifts or busy service hours while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $21.58 - $50.25 per hour
