What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair vehicles
- Communicate with advisors and shop leadership on repairs
- Provide estimates and manage repair timelines
- Document work accurately
- Stay current on training and technical bulletins
- Mentor and support junior technicians
- Follow all safety and compliance standards
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Some hands-on experience or training preferred
- Valid driver's license (inspection license a plus)
- Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
