We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, build a strong team, and deliver an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations.
- Hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
- Maintain exceptional guest service standards.
- Control food, labor, and operating costs.
- Manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Increase sales through operational excellence.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
- Lead by example and foster a positive, accountable culture.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience (General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Restaurant Manager).
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Experience managing labor, food costs, scheduling, and inventory.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- ServSafe certification is required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $52,000–$69,000 annually, based on experience
