The Behavioral Health Technician 2 (BHT2) is a case manager and/or BHT with several years of experience who helps their clinical team by providing case management, completing comprehensive assessments, placement coordination and transport. The BHT2 will have opportunities to develop professionally by-cofacilitating groups, coordinate meetings, conduct outreach and participate in professional development training to enhance case management and clinical skills.
Associate's Degree in Behavioral Health or BHT Certification equivalent or two (2) years of experience in a behavioral health setting; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.

Special Requirements:

CPR and First Aid Certifications or obtain within ninety (90) days of hire. Failure to maintain a current CPR and First Aid Certification may result in termination.

Employment at the Yoeme Kari Group Home or Men's Path requires incumbents to be at least 21 years old;

Must possess and maintain a valid Arizona Driver's License.

This position may be required to work non-traditional hours, nights, and weekends.

Must have a current Level 1 Arizona Clearance Card. Failure to maintain a current Level 1 Clearance Card will result in termination.
