JOB
Expected starting hourly salary $24.40 to $32.59. Full salary range $24.40 to $40.77.
Associate’s degree from an accredited college in accounting or closely related field.
OR
A combination of education and experience equivalent to two (2) years of experience in a similar position as listed in the work functions.
Regular and reliable attendance is a necessary component of job/position. Individuals required to use County vehicles and equipment must have a valid driver's license and be free of any major traffic violations for the last three (3) years.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES Under supervision, codes, posts, records, and reconciles financial records and accounts. Processes accounts payable and cash receipting. Assists with periodic financial and statistical reporting and budgeting. Identifies process improvements, collaborates with others, and provides excellent customer service. Mentors, trains, and assists other staff. Is a resource in resolving accounts payable and cash receipting issues. Supports a diverse, respectful, and inclusive workplace. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
