We're looking for an Athletic Trainer / Rehabilitation Coordinator to join our collaborative team of four experienced chiropractors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, and wants to make a meaningful impact every day.
You'll be an integral member of our care team, guiding patients through rehabilitation exercises, assisting with advanced soft tissue therapies, documenting clinical visits, and helping create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Teach and supervise individualized rehabilitation programs
- Coach patients through therapeutic exercises and corrective movement
- Monitor patient progress and celebrate their successes
- Assist doctors with soft tissue therapies, including:
- Vibrocussion therapy
- Cupping therapy
- Class IV cold laser therapy
- Prepare patients for treatment and assist doctors during appointments
- Scribe clinical notes during patient visits
- Help maintain efficient patient flow while delivering outstanding patient care
- Work closely with our doctors to ensure every patient receives exceptional care
Qualifications
- Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) or eligible for certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, energetic, compassionate attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Passion for rehabilitation, movement, and helping people improve their quality of life
