The Chantilly Auto Body Group is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Senior Estimators who are ready to take the next step into leadership.
These hybrid roles are designed to give you a clear, fast-track path to becoming a Collision Manager within our expanding team.
What You’ll Do
- As a Senior Estimator: Put your CCC ONE expertise to work writing accurate estimates, maximizing shop efficiency, and serving as a go-to technical mentor for the rest of the team.
- As a Trainee Manager: Shadow our current leadership team to get hands-on experience in production scheduling, managing techs, tracking KPIs, handling shop financials, and keeping customers happy.

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of high-performing collision estimating experience.
- Expert knowledge of collision repair procedures and estimating software (CCC ONE).
- A strong drive to step out from behind the desk and into a leadership role.
- Great communication skills and a knack for solving problems on the fly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
