Schedule and coordinate home care services for clients.
Ensure staffing needs are met and arrange coverage for call-outs and schedule changes.
Monitor the daily HHAeXchange dashboard to verify aide attendance and client safety.
Review timesheets and assist with payroll preparation.
Review and approve PTO requests.
Complete employee performance evaluations.
Follow up with clients regarding satisfaction, complaints, concerns, and service issues.
Communicate with clients, aides, nurses, and other team members.
Counsel aides regarding attendance, performance, and agency policies.
Monitor EVV attendance verification and related emails.
Document client and aide activity in agency systems.
Assist with onboarding new employees and assigning cases.
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
Participate in weekly department meetings.
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly departmental reports.
