WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Greet customers, build relationships, and educate them on needed repairs/services.
Write accurate repair orders, communicate with technicians, and follow up on repair progress.
Close sales with confidence – ensuring customers get the best service while maximizing revenue.
Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
Manage workflow efficiently to keep cars moving through the shop on schedule.
Work as part of a winning team that delivers top-tier service every day.
