Responsibilities

- Assess student progress regularly and adapt instructional strategies to maximize understanding and retention
- Utilize various learning technologies and digital tools to enhance the educational experience
- Support students with diverse backgrounds, including those in special education or requiring additional accommodations
- Maintain clear communication with students and parents regarding progress, goals, and areas for improvement

Skills
- Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning for various age groups and skill levels
- Proficiency with learning technology platforms and online instruction tools
- Experience tutoring in science, mathematics, English language arts, or test preparation (such as SAT)
- Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques suitable for both children and adult learners
