Troncalli Subaru is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Lead Express Service Advisor to join our team. With a strong reputation for excellence and over 75 years of family-owned and operated success, we are looking for enthusiastic team players who are ready to grow their careers with us.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. You will also be required to work every third Saturday of the month.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and accurately identify their vehicle service needs through vehicle inspections, customer interviews, and review of service history.
- Document customer concerns and vehicle information on repair orders and clearly communicate service requirements to technicians.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the service process.
- Recommend appropriate maintenance, repairs, parts, and accessories based on vehicle condition, manufacturer guidelines, and customer needs.
- Prepare accurate repair orders and ensure all supporting documentation is complete.
- Administer warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer and dealership policies.
- Verify that all requested services have been completed correctly before vehicle delivery.
- Conduct a thorough vehicle delivery consultation, reviewing completed work and answering customer questions.
- Follow up with customers within 24 hours of service completion to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Support dealership objectives by adhering to all dealership, manufacturer, state, and federal regulations and standards.
- Assist in leading and supporting the Express Service team to ensure an efficient and positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services; Subaru experience is a plus.
- Ability to learn and become proficient in Subaru products and service procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds or a similar Dealer Management System (DMS) preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
