ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
The Property Management Strategist is building a pipeline of skilled, prepared Leasing Consultants for Property Management companies across Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield, and the Charlottesville region. This is not a typical job posting, it's an opportunity to receive hands-on training at no cost to you, then be placed directly with a Property Management employer ready to hire.
WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A LEASING CONSULTANT
- Guide prospective residents through tours, applications, and move-in
- Build relationships that turn prospects into long-term residents
- Support lease renewals, resident retention, and community marketing
- Maintain accurate records of traffic, leads, and leasing activity
- Represent the property's brand and curb appeal every day
WHAT WE PROVIDE
- Free, structured training covering leasing fundamentals, Fair Housing law, compliance basics, and sales techniques
- One-on-one preparation for interviews with hiring property management companies
- Direct placement support, we connect you with employers actively hiring
- A pathway into Property Management with room to grow into CALP and beyond
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Reliable, professional, and coachable
- NO prior leasing experience required, we train you
- Must be able to work in-person in Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield, or Charlottesville area

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
