Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective community relations strategies to increase visibility, awareness, and reputation of Watson Assisted Living
Build and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders, healthcare professionals, and social services organizations to ensure a collaborative approach to resident care and well-being
Represent Watson Assisted Living at community events, conferences, and meetings, serving as a spokesperson and ambassador for the organization
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for community engagement and outreach
Develop and manage budgets for community relations initiatives and events
Monitor and report on the impact of community relations efforts on resident satisfaction, referrals, and overall business success
