Cenveo is hiring experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters and Adjuster Trainees to set up, tune, and maintain high speed envelope manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Pay & Schedule
- $23.83/hr + shift premium $0.35/hr (when working nights).
- 2 days and 2 nights required : Day shift 7am -- 7pm / Night shift 7pm -- 7am.
- Mandatory Overtime is required for 1-2 days during this busy season.
- Overtime may be required during busy season/based on business needs.
Primary Duties
- Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines
- Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs
- Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime
- Inspect product quality and minimize waste
- Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement
- Install paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safely
Job Requirements
- 5+ years envelope machine adjusting experience
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances
- Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliable
- Consistent attendance and dependability are critical for this role
Physical Requirements
- Standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 55 lbs
- Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue
- Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipment
