Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their parts inquiries and purchases
- Utilize automotive knowledge to accurately identify and locate the correct parts for customers
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations
- Process customer transactions, including cash handling and utilizing a point-of-sale system
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory management
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts for vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized parts department
Skills:
- Strong Ford Parts Experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and colleagues
- Experience with cash handling procedures and utilizing a point-of-sale system
- Familiarity with Computerized Parts Systems
