Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective renters to understand their housing needs, lifestyle, and budget.
- Search available apartment communities to find the best options for each client.
- Schedule and conduct apartment tours, both virtual and in person.
- Guide clients through the leasing process from initial inquiry to signed lease.
- Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
- Manage your clients using our AI-powered CRM and automated lead pipeline.
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and apartment availability.
- Grow your own personal brand while leveraging company-generated opportunities.

Company Leads + Build Your Own Business

Requirements
- Active Texas Real Estate License
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable using CRM software and technology
- Sales, leasing, or customer service experience is a plus
- Highly organized, coachable, and eager to grow
