- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- OSHA 10 required / OSHA 30 preferred
- 5+ years as a Project Manager or 15+ years of construction operations experience
- Experience in construction, preferably in biopharma & Life Sciences, cleanroom, or high-level containment facilities
- Project Management experience
- Proven leadership skills working across multiple disciplines / departments
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organization and coordination skills
- Must be able to communicate technical material to other technical stake holders and to a non-technical audience
- Working knowledge of: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Adobe Writer, BIM software navigation,
- Primavera, Microsoft Project, Visio, and basic
