Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Plumbing Service Manager to lead and support our field technicians while ensuring high-quality service, efficient operations, and customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with leadership potential who wants to grow into management. Prior service manager experience is a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and support plumbing technicians
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day service operations for residential and commercial projects, including new installations
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and company policies
- Review estimates, schedules, and materials for upcoming jobs
- Perform quality checks and assist on complex service calls when needed
- Maintain clear communication with customers, office staff, and team members
- Monitor job performance and support professional growth of team members
- Help develop and improve service processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in plumbing service work (residential and commercial)
- Strong technical knowledge in plumbing systems, and installation practices
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Willingness to run service calls
- Service manager experience is a plus, but candidates with leadership potential are encouraged to apply
