Overview
Looking for a motivated individual to join our team at Precision Property Management. This role will include providing administrative support to our team, managing real estate office operations, assisting with real estate/leasing transactions and paperwork, organizing files, basic bookkeeping/expense tracking, and assisting with tenant communication and coordination of property maintenance. This job requires flexibility, the ability to multitask, and general technological proficiency with things like Microsoft Office, Adobe, QuickBooks, and social media platforms. We are looking for someone with a positive, helpful attitude who has a willingness to learn about the real estate and property management industry. You will be working directly for a real estate broker with over 35 years of experience who can provide professional development support if you are interested in getting into the industry. There are many opportunities for growth with the potential for this to become a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Process and file real estate documents, contracts, and lease agreements, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Communicate with tenants, landlords, and vendors to address inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate service requests promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy, providing information on property features, leasing options, and application procedures.
- Organize and maintain the office’s database systems, ensuring client and property information is secure and easily accessible for staff.
- Assist in managing lease agreements, renewals, terminations, maintenance requests, onboarding tenants, and post rental listings using our property management software DoorLoop.
- Support the leasing process by coordinating property tours, applicant screening, and preparing lease contracts in compliance with Fair Housing regulations
- Maintain accurate data entry for tenant records, rent payments, maintenance requests, and legal documentation
- Help with financial tasks, including invoicing, processing rent payments, and managing budgets for property maintenance and repairs.
Required Qualifications:
- Some form of administrative/office experience doing things like data entry, filing, document management and organization, mail and check handling, and basic bookkeeping.
- Technologically savvy with the ability to quickly learn how to use new software and navigate various websites.
- Excellent customer service skills with professional communication etiquette and the ability to handle communication diplomatically.
- Willing and motivated to learn and be a part of a growing team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with property management, real estate, and customer service.
- Experience using property management software, Doorloop, Buildium, Appfolio, etc.
- Possess the desire to have a career in real estate/property management.
- Familiarity with property maintenance processes and facilities management principles.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
