Minny Grown is a fast-growing Minnesota cannabis company building one of the most advanced cultivation and manufacturing facilities in the state. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our post-harvest team. This position plays a critical role in preparing premium cannabis flower for sale by carefully trimming, packaging, and preparing finished products that meet our quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Hand trim cannabis flower to meet Minny Grown quality standards
- Inspect flower for quality, consistency, and compliance
- Prepare finished flower for packaging
- Weigh, package, label, and seal cannabis products
- Assemble and box finished goods for inventory and distribution
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
- Follow all Minnesota cannabis regulations, company SOPs, and quality control procedures
- Accurately complete production records and documentation
- Assist with other post-harvest and production tasks as needed
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing repetitive hand movements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent product quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow written procedures and work efficiently in a team environment
- Comfortable working around cannabis products and strong cannabis aromas
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous cannabis trimming or post-harvest experience
- Experience in manufacturing, packaging, agriculture, greenhouse, or food production
- Familiarity with quality control procedures
- Experience working in a regulated production environment
Compensation
- $17.50 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
