Duties
- Create and optimize product listings across various online platforms to maximize visibility and sales
- Manage order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and shipping items accurately and promptly
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track inventory levels and update stock records
- Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery for materials handling and stock movement
- Coordinate shipping & receiving activities, ensuring proper documentation and timely dispatch of orders
- Conduct quality control checks on products before shipment to maintain high standards
- Assist with warehouse distribution tasks, including stocking shelves, order picking, and load & unload operations
Skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanner technology for efficient inventory control
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and stock management
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during picking & packing processes
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues and ensuring smooth warehouse flow
- Excellent organizational skills with experience in warehouse supervisor roles or similar leadership positions
- Knowledge of quality control procedures to ensure product accuracy and condition before dispatching orders
