Opportunity for a Skilled Litigation Associate
A boutique law firm is seeking a talented Litigation Associate with 1+ years of experience, ideally with a focus on insurance-related matters such as coverage disputes, personal injury, premises liability, and bad faith claims. This role offers the chance to handle a diverse and dynamic caseload, taking ownership of matters from pre-litigation analysis through trial and appeal.
The ideal candidate will have experience investigating and defending claims, conducting depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and appearing in both state and federal courts. Experience preparing coverage opinions and conducting examinations under oath is a plus. Strong research, writing, and independent thinking skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and defend first- and third-party claims
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Draft dispositive motions
- Attend hearings in state and federal courts
- Conduct legal research and develop creative solutions
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Colorado (or relevant jurisdiction)
- 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance-related fields
- Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
