Who You Are

You likely:
- Have experience in personal injury pre-litigation preferred but not required, hospitality experience is a plus
- Value responsiveness and proactive communication with clients
- Take pride in being organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
- Are comfortable managing multiple cases without sacrificing quality
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
- Believe in teamwork and contributing to a positive, solutions-focused culture

What You’ll Do
- Assist with new client onboarding, file setup, and initial case development
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date files in case management systems
- Coordinate medical treatment and communicate with providers
- Track treatment progress and keep clients informed throughout their case
- Obtain and organize medical records, bills, police reports, and other documentation
- Prepare demand letters and settlement packages
- Communicate with insurance adjusters and assist in moving cases toward resolution
- Maintain consistent, empathetic communication with clients
- Collaborate with attorneys and team members to move cases forward efficiently
- Uphold the firm’s standards of excellence in every interaction, providing top-of-the-line hospitality and results
