Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Stretch Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized stretching sessions to clients, helping them improve flexibility, mobility, and overall physical health. You will utilize your expertise in anatomy and physiology to design effective stretching programs tailored to individual needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and a strong background in teaching or coaching.
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and group stretching sessions with clients, ensuring proper techniques are used.
- Assess clients' flexibility and mobility levels to create customized stretching programs.
- Educate clients on the importance of stretching, body mechanics, and injury prevention.
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as necessary to meet their goals.
- Provide guidance on proper warm-up and cool-down routines as part of overall fitness plans.
- Collaborate with other fitness professionals to enhance client experience within the health club or gym environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and sanitized.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in teaching, group fitness instruction, or personal training is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, body mechanics, and program design.
- Experience in sports coaching is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- A passion for health and wellness with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
