Senior Product Development Analyst
Product Development- Create contract language, develop and draft wording for new products for P&C multiple lines of business for MSO and individual member companies. Prepare and make filings through SERFF with the various insurance departments. Meet changing market needs as well as regulatory and legislative requirements.
10 year minimum P&C Insurance experience including advanced product management/development and understanding of state filing process. Insurance designation course work preferable. Knowledge of SERFF filing system desirable. College degree required.

JOB DUTIES
- Develop, revise and update forms and manuals for MSO and member companies and file through SERFF with appropriate state insurance departments.
- Create Bulletins to announce revisions and updates. Turnaround Time: Immediately after approvals.
- Represent MSO at various industry meetings and conferences.
- Recommend value added MSO services and programs to current member companies and prospects.
- Assist in the development of press releases and newsletter articles. Review each project and set a realistic deadline.
- Keep abreast of current P&C topics through research, webinars, publications, etc.
Communicate with our member companies as needed to discuss filings, policy language, actuarial documentation, and state objections and answer company questions.
EXTERNAL VENDORS & MSO BOARD CONTACT
Communicate with various state departments of insurance and MSO company outside professional consultants exclusively for MSO business. Contact with MSO Board as requested by MSO management.
Salary range $85,000 - $100,000 annually
