Current Client Opportunity
Patient: Rett Syndrome
Support Level: Medically Fragile—requires attentive, skilled nursing
Schedule: 16 hours/week (ideally four 4-hour shifts per week | Tuesday to Friday 4pm-8pm)
Rate: $50/hr
Location: Duluth, GA
This is an ideal case for an RN who wants consistency, meaningful connection, and stable hours.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and document patient progress; respond promptly to changes in health status
- Provide high-quality routine nursing care with compassion and precision
- Teach and support families in understanding care plans, health maintenance, and safe practices
- Communicate clearly and professionally with families and care team members
- Follow all policies and procedures while maintaining the highest standard of care
Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN License (Required)
- 1+ year of pediatric experience (Required)
- 1+ year of home health/home care experience (Required)
- Strong communication skills and a heart for pediatric patient care
