Covenant Apex Solutions is a premier sales and business consulting firm in Austin. We are currently hiring an AT&T Representative to support our high-performing AT&T retail campaigns. In this role, you will engage directly with customers, showcase the latest smartphones and wireless technology, and help drive sales by matching customers with products and services that perfectly fit their needs.
As an AT&T Representative, you will build a strong foundation in professional sales through structured, hands-on training focused on AT&T’s cutting-edge products, current promotions, and customer engagement strategies. On the retail floor, you will educate customers on device features, answer questions confidently, and guide each interaction toward a successful sale. This role plays a key part in increasing customer satisfaction, growing device and service revenue, and helping the retail team achieve its overall sales milestones.
Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Representative:
- Accelerate AT&T’s retail sales performance, ensuring promotional offers and bundles deliver consistent value across all customer segments.
- Advise customers on flagship smartphones and wireless accessories, demonstrating how devices integrate seamlessly into their digital lifestyles.
- Reinforce customer confidence by detailing AT&T’s upgrade programs and trade‑in offers, making device transitions cost‑effective and stress‑free.
- Track sales activations and account updates using AT&T’s advanced retail platforms, maintaining compliance while ensuring accuracy in every transaction.
- Escalate hardware or connectivity issues to management promptly to ensure timely resolution and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Support store merchandising and product displays, ensuring AT&T’s latest devices and promotions are presented in ways that attract and engage shoppers.
Qualifications for the AT&T Representative role:
- High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus but not necessary.
- Previous experience in customer-facing environments such as retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- A natural ability to build fast rapport and drive customer engagement in person.
- Comfortable presenting wireless devices, upgrade options, accessories, and service solutions in a way that aligns with customer needs and lifestyle preferences.
