Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Communicate effectively with customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email, text, or in person)
· Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their needs
· Check email frequently and respond to inquiries promptly.
· Effectively communicate and work with co-workers
· Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
· Perform knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
· Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process under company standards.
· Stay current on all required HR and Chevrolet Product training.
Requirements:
- Vehicle sales or customer service experience
- Valid CA driver's license
- Valid CA sales license
- Completion of pre-employment testing
- Basic computer skills
- Positive attitude and demeanor
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills
- Strong focus and desire to achieve sales goals
The Internet Sales Representative has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Monthly Compensation of between $4,400 and $15,000. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
