Position:
Due to sudden growth, we are looking to add an infant support staff member to our team. They would support 2 different infant rooms, helping with breaks, and working with children.
This positions are supported by experienced teachers, a team specialist, inclusion and support specialist, and a staff development specialist.
What This Role Looks Like
This position would include:
- Work along an experienced teachers
- Be responsible for your entire class but focus on your primary care groupings that would be assigned daily
- Work as a team to build a strong classroom build on emotional support and fun
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Build relationships with children

Schedule & Hiring Details
- Full-time position
- Must be available to work between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. After the initial training period, the hours would become earlier in the day. We will work with you to find a schedule that works for you, and the program. This is a full time position and full time hours are required.
- Interviews held Monday–Friday between 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience working with children in a classroom environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, sit, stand, and work on the floor
- Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented
- Must pass all required state background checks
- Must obtain a work physical prior to starting
- Must attend an in-person interview
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $18.50 per hour
