Bridges Professional Treatment Services is seeking a passionate and motivated Administratve Specialist to join our growing team.
Pay: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour

Bridges Professional Treatment Services is a well-established, highly regarded treatment provider in the Sacramento area. Bridges offers a variety of treatment options that accommodate all levels of need and a full continuum of care. Our specialized programs include Substance Abuse Counseling, Case Management and Collaboration with Dependency Drug Courts and CPS, Outpatient Treatment, Sober Living, DUI Education and Drug Diversion Programs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties of the Administrative Specialist I– Bridges DUI Program, under the direct supervision of the Program Director/Site Manager, include but are not limited to:
- Greets and directs clients and the public to education or group rooms, or to the appropriate staff person and/or program.
- Answers all telephone calls, transfer calls to the appropriate party, accurately transcribes answering machine messages and return all telephone messages on the same business day that the calls are received.
- Processes client payments with 100% accuracy and error free.
- Processes DMV documentation and verifications within the regulatory mandated timeframes and without error.
- Schedules client sessions, financial evaluations, intakes, and reinstatement appointments.
- Maintains all scheduling books, including changes, holidays, new pages, etc.
- Enters data into the Database including client attendance with 100% accuracy and error free.
- Take payments and provide current and former clients with accurate information regarding their account balances, payments due, and financial statuses.
- Prepares intake packets and copies forms as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: A minimum of six (6) months of general office experience including use of computers, preferably in a position working with the public; a high school diploma or equivalent.
