Overview
Thai Dynamite is moving to Parma Heights and we are looking for servers. Evenings Monday - Thursday from 4pm - 10pm. Weekends will also be available.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance their dining experience
- Take accurate orders using the Clover POS system ensuring timely and correct processing of sales transactions
- Serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Understand menu items to maximize sales opportunities while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments through POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and ensure guest satisfaction in a fine dining or casual setting

- Clover POS
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours without compromising quality
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions smoothly
- Food safety certification knowledge along with experience in food handling, sanitation, and proper beverage service techniques
