About the Role
As an Industrial Electrical Technician, you will serve as a vital member of our maintenance team, ensuring the seamless operation of complex manufacturing systems. You will utilize your expertise in electrical troubleshooting and PLC communication to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance across our facility.
Responsibilities-
Diagnose and resolve issues within electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems to maintain high production efficiency.

Interpret complex electrical prints and wiring schematics to perform precise repairs and installations.

Manage power distribution systems, including high voltage components, transformers, and circuit protection.

Maintain and calibrate industrial temperature control systems, including thermocouples and heating elements.

Interface with PLCs using laptop communication to monitor and troubleshoot automated processes.

Support the reliability of AC/DC motors, servo drives, and variable frequency drives.

Uphold rigorous safety standards, including NFPA 70E compliance and emergency stop circuitry maintenance.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

3-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance.

Proficiency in reading technical schematics and electrical diagrams.

Strong understanding of electrical safety protocols and OSHA regulations.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to solve equipment challenges.

Associate degree in Electrical Technology or a related field.

Experience with Allen Bradley PLC systems and Ethernet/IP communications.

Valid forklift and man-lift operation certification or ability to obtain one.
