Flexible Shifts Available:
- Full-Time & Part-Time
- 8, 10, or 12-Hour Shifts
- PRN / On-Call
- Short Shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
- Medication reminders and mobility support
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Provide transportation to appointments or errands
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Monitor client well-being and report changes
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities or in hospice care
- Encourage social engagement and participation in activities
What We're Looking For:
- A genuine passion for caregiving and helping others
- Respectful, compassionate, and dependable personality
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Ability to follow care plans and safety procedures
- Physical stamina for lifting, standing, and assisting with mobility
- Experience in home care, group homes, assisted living, or hospice preferred (not required)
- Clean background check and adherence to health & safety standards
