Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic skincare and wellness team. Duties
- Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, Laser hair removal, body sculpting and skin rejuvenation procedures.
- Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals, recommend suitable treatments, and educate them on skincare routines and product choices.
- Document treatments, progress, client medical chart, and client note accurately.
- Help create social media content when requested (before/after photos, educational videos, treatment demonstration)
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Recommend appropriate retail products and future treatments to maximize results.
Skills
- Strong facial techniques, high-quality facials with attention to detail and client comfort.
- Strong Client consultation skills, perform a thorough skin analysis, and recommend personalized treatments.
- Results driven mindset, focus on long term skin improvement and not just on one time service.
- Product knowledge, active ingredients and ability to recommend and explain after care products based on each client's concerns.
- Professional appearance, to maintain a polish, cleans and professional image that reflects the spa's brand.
- Sales skills to recommend products or additional services that meet client needs while fostering trust.
- Sales with integrity, comfortably recommend treatment plans, memberships and retail products based on clients needs.

Pay: $15.00 - $38.60 per hour
