Day Shift Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Heartsworth Center Nursing in Vinita, Oklahoma. As a Day Shift CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, bathing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living)
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to licensed nursing staff
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans
Promote a positive and respectful environment for patients, families, and staff
Requirements:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Oklahoma
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients, as needed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work every other weekend, as required
