Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments.
- Develop and update individualized care plans.
- Perform supervisory visits with clients and caregivers.
- Monitor service quality and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with office staff, clients, families, physicians, and referral sources.
- Participate in quality assurance and clinical oversight activities.
- Support caregiver training and competency evaluations.
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with current registration in the state of practice.
- Proven experience in patient care, preferably within home health or similar settings.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy to inform clinical decisions.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to medical records and patient privacy.
- Excellent skills in medical documentation and record keeping.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours with reliable transportation to patient homes.
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
