Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

Norman’s Floor Covering is a family-owned flooring company serving the Newberg, Sherwood, and surrounding areas. We’re looking for a reliable, motivated person to join our team in a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics role — with real opportunity to grow into more advanced positions over time.
What you’ll do day-to-day:
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming flooring material
- Stage jobs accurately so the right product is ready for each install
- Load trucks and help coordinate deliveries
- Handle tear-out disposal
- Clean and help maintain fleet vehicles
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient
- Track basic inventory and flag when material is running low
Who we’re looking for:
- Someone early in their career who wants to learn the flooring business from the ground up
- Dependable, organized, and willing to do physical work
- A person who takes pride in doing the job right and wants more responsibility over time
- Good attitude and ability to work well with a small team
- No industry experience required — the right mindset and work ethic matter most
