We are seeking a high-integrity, operationally minded General Manager to oversee both Indiana facilities, streamline multi-plant operations, and champion our core mission.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Operational Excellence: Lead daily operations, production scheduling, and continuous improvement across both CNC machining plants.
- Empower & Lead Teams: Mentor plant managers, machinists, and support staff to foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
- Optimize P&L: Manage budgets, capital investments, and capacity planning to maximize throughput and profitability.
- Champion the Mission: Represent Brinaman’s values internally and externally, ensuring our growth directly fuels our community initiatives.
- Manage Two Locations: Crawfordsville, IN and Huntsville, IN
What You Bring
- CNC & Machining Expertise: Solid background in precision manufacturing, machine shop operations, and job-shop flow.
- Multi-Site Leadership: Proven track record running operations, driving P&L performance, and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to balance shop-floor efficiency with long-term company growth.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
