Catering Coordinator – Full Time

Salsaritas Fresh Mexican Grill is hiring a full-time Catering Coordinator to manage the day-to-day flow of our catering operation. This is a great fit for someone who’s organized, calm under pressure, and enjoys keeping a fast-moving process running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls and take catering orders accurately
- Monitor and process online catering orders as they come in
- Communicate order details clearly to the kitchen team, including timing and special requests
- Organize and coordinate daily delivery/pickup routing so every order goes out on schedule
- Confirm order details with customers and follow up as needed
- Keep order records organized and up to date
What We’re Looking For
- Strong phone and customer service skills
- Highly organized with good attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate clearly with both customers and kitchen staff
- Prior experience in food service, catering, or order coordination a plus, but not required
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
