Habitat for Humanity Waukesha - Jefferson - Rock is looking for an individual who is team-oriented to join us as a Site Super for new home construction and occasional remodeling construction. The construction team is a vital part of our team; we are a non-profit organization that builds affordable housing for Waukesha County and now Jefferson and Rock County residents. The Site Super collaborates with the Project Manager and with all members of the Construction Staff, Affiliate and ReStore teams to achieve our mission of affordable housing. Together, we can help families achieve the strength, stability, and self-reliance they need to build a better future while making Waukesha, Jefferson and Rock Counties strong neighborhoods.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
● Primary focus is the construction of the Habitat Homes.
● Lead volunteers on the build site(s), which may include general labor, material handling, and carpentry related tasks.
● Understand the elements that contribute to a positive volunteer experience, culture, and safe build site(s). Help ensure that volunteers consistently have a positive and encouraging environment that motivates them to return.
● Coordinate with Project Manager the scheduling of subcontractors, ordering, and delivery of all material needed for the site in a timely manner.
