Orlando, FL (In-Clinic + Remote Support)

At Serenity Women’s Health & Wellness, we’re creating a calm, supportive space for women navigating fertility, pregnancy, and overall wellness—and we’re looking for a Registered Nurse to grow with us as our primary clinical lead.
This is a flexible role designed for a nurse who values connection, education, and a more intentional, low-volume care environment.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll work closely with patients to provide both hands-on care and guidance, including:
- Fertility injection training (in-person and virtual)
- First-dose medication administration and patient support
- Ongoing injection assistance for patients who need in-clinic support
- Medication organization and cycle education sessions
- Fertility and hormone education consultations (non-diagnostic)
- Lab draw support (if experienced or willing to train)
- Patient communication and follow-up guidance
- Creating a calm, reassuring, and personalized experience for every patient
You will play a key role in helping patients feel confident, informed, and supported throughout their journey.
Schedule & Flexibility:
- As-needed based on patient demand
- Monday–Friday with occasional weekend availability preferred
- Create your own schedule within clinic hours
- Must be willing to be available for select days/times each week for:
- Fertility injections
- Injection training sessions (in-person or virtual)
- Patient consultations

Requirements
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach
- Excellent communication and education skills
- Ability to work independently in a boutique setting
- Fertility experience required
