About Us
APEX ATTIC & INSULATION is a growing insulation and attic services company serving homeowners throughout the Phoenix area. We specialize in attic insulation, attic cleanouts, air sealing, and energy-efficiency upgrades. We’re looking for an Operations Manager who can help streamline day-to-day operations, improve efficiency, and support our continued growth.
Position Summary
The Operations Manager will oversee daily business operations, scheduling, customer communication, crew coordination, and process improvement. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily scheduling and job coordination
- Run crews
- Oversee crews and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and professionally
- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, project updates, and follow-ups
- Monitor job profitability and operational performance
- Improve workflows, systems, and company processes
- Coordinate with sales, office staff, and field personnel
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development
- Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
- Manage vendor relationships and material ordering
Qualifications
- Previous operations, project management, or construction management experience preferred
- Must have direct insulation experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with CRM, scheduling, or project management software is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing business environment
- Construction, home services, or trades experience preferred
