We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of skills to handle various maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that our clients' properties remain in excellent condition. Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties.
- Address plumbing issues, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures.
- Conduct electrical repairs such as changing light fixtures, outlets, and switches.
- Assemble furniture and equipment as needed.
- Paint walls, touch up surfaces, and perform drywall repairs.
- Perform various tasks as needed by our clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout all projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on progress.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes.
Skills
- Proficient in basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
