What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and written communication
- Process customer purchase orders and credit card transactions accurately
- Build strong customer relationships that drive satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Support company growth initiatives through teamwork and proactive problem-solving
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organization and time management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service
