We are seeking a Trash Porter to maintain the exterior appearance of a few properties in the Warner Robins the area. The Porter will be responsible for keeping the parking lots clear of litter, emptying and relining communal trash containers, maintaining of trash dumpster areas, leaf blowing, and reporting any illegal dumping to management. A pickup truck or trailer is required. There are additional opportunities to earn extra income by hauling bulk items from the property and other properties in the area as needed.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for additional income and some flexibility. You will be working autonomously, with management checking employee uploaded pictures in our internal software, and checking on properties consistently to ensure quality of work.
This is completed in the early hours of the morning between midnight and 7am Monday - Sunday so it could be completed before another job. Pay day is every Friday. Someone living in the Warner Robins area would be perfect.
Key Responsibilities:
Sweep, blow, and maintain parking lots
Collect and dispose of on site trash and litter
Maintain dumpster areas
Report illegal dumping to management
Other cleaning duties as assigned
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
