Duties
- Perform a variety of hair services such as cutting, styling, and coloring using advanced scissors cutting techniques and industry best practices
- Provide expert precisiom haircut and styling services to a high-end clientelle
- Deliver personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable hair care products or treatments
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly cleaning tools, equipment, and workstations in compliance with health regulations
- Utilize salon software to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently
- Educate clients on styling products
- Assist at the front desk by greeting clients, managing check-ins/outs, and ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Mentor new team members by sharing expertise in hair styling, coloring techniques, and customer service excellence
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology license with comprehensive knowledge of salon sanitation protocols
- Experience working in the beauty industry with proficiency in hair styling, coloring, and scissors cutting techniques
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their desired looks
- Some Knowledge of color theory to achieve precise color results tailored to each client’s preferences
